Politique d'annulation

At RebelRust, we process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order, as our ability to accommodate changes is strictly time-limited.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, provided that a tracking number has not yet been issued.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@rebelrust.com with your order number (format: RR-XXXX) and your reason for cancellation.

Once a tracking number has been issued — regardless of whether 24 hours have passed — the order can no longer be canceled under any circumstances. At that point, the item is in transit and any resolution must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Payment Processing Fee

If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible window, please be aware that the payment processing fee is non-refundable. This fee is charged by the payment provider (e.g., credit card processor, PayPal) and is not retained by RebelRust. Your refund will reflect the order total minus this processing fee.

3. Order Modifications

Within the 24-hour cancellation window, you may also request the following modifications:

  • Color or size change — permitted, provided the change does not result in a price difference.
  • Shipping address correction — permitted if the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Item removal (partial cancellation) — permitted, but please note that removing items from a promotional or bundled order may render the remaining order ineligible for the original discount or promotion.

Modifications are not guaranteed and are subject to order processing status at the time of your request.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances, regardless of timing:

  • Orders for which a tracking number has already been issued
  • Flash sale or limited-time promotional event orders — these are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
  • Custom or personalized orders — production begins immediately upon placement
  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address — once dispatched, we cannot redirect or recall the shipment

5. After Your Cancellation Window Has Passed

If your order is no longer eligible for cancellation (tracking issued or 24-hour window has passed), do not attempt to refuse delivery or return the item without prior authorization.

Once you receive the item, you may submit a return request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, subject to all conditions stated therein, including:

  • 30-day return window from confirmed delivery date
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Continuous unboxing video required (no cuts, from sealed package to full opening)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Return must be approved before any item is sent back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted

"Change of mind" (e.g., incorrect size selected, color preference changed, no longer needed) is not a valid reason for return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason.

Please note:

  • You must notify us of your intent to withdraw within the 14-day period by contacting support@rebelrust.com
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility — RebelRust does not cover return shipping for EU withdrawal requests
  • Refunds will only be processed after the item has been received and inspected

Flash sale and final sale items are excluded from EU withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order with RebelRust, you agree to contact us at support@rebelrust.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.

RebelRust maintains full documentation for every order, including:

  • Order confirmation with item description and pricing
  • Tracking number and carrier proof of delivery
  • Pre-shipment packaging records
  • All customer communications

Chargebacks filed in contradiction of this Cancellation Policy or our Return & Refund Policy will be disputed with complete documentation submitted to the payment processor. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and reserve the right to pursue recovery through all available means.
